Before You Sell — Things to Note

When you are changing to a new set of aircons, check the agreement (terms & conditions) documents you signed when buying. If our vehicle heads over but is unable to collect, a transport fee may be applicable.

Aircon units must be removed and placed at the corridor — this is most convenient and means we do not need to enter the house. If needed, we can help carry units out from the house provided the owner agrees, but they must still be dismantled beforehand.

As we are buying above scrap price with door-to-door collection services, please provide us with a photo of the indoor and outdoor units, or the model number and quantity, via email or WhatsApp to help us assist you better.

How It Works

We Arrange a Collection Date

We will arrange a date with you when there is someone at home, typically during 9:30am–4:30pm. Most customers arrange this when their new units are being installed. Please let us know a day before so we can plan our fleet and route.

We Call Before We Arrive

Our team will call you before heading over so you know exactly when to expect us.

Collection & Payment

We collect your aircon units and pay you on the spot. You can request a receipt from our team on site.

For Residential / HDB / Condominium: Aircon must be dismantled and placed at the corridor. If you need help carrying it from inside the house, our team can assist — but it must be dismantled first and the owner must agree.
